Work
That Matters.
Build real skills on real industrial projects across Ghana and West Africa. We invest in people who take their craft seriously.
What It's Like to Work Here
A Safety Culture You Can Feel
From your first day, you'll work in an environment where safety isn't enforced — it's embedded. Daily hazard analysis, comprehensive induction, task-level assessment, and fatigue management mean you go home the way you came in. We've built a track record of zero incidents on major projects because of how we plan, not just how we react.
Training & Certification Pathways
We invest in qualification. Whether you're a welder working toward WPS/PQR certification, a technician developing NDT skills, or an engineer expanding into a new discipline — Mechanical Studio creates the pathway. Continuous improvement isn't just a value statement; it's how we've grown, and it's how you'll grow here.
Projects That Leave a Mark
You won't spend your career on minor tasks. Mechanical Studio delivers 15km pipelines, tank farm upgrades for national petroleum networks, and mechanical systems for private refineries. These are projects that appear on maps and in operational reports. The work is demanding, the standards are high, and the results are visible.
